What is your cancellation policy?

For any missed or canceled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 75% of the treatment fee will be charged on your file. If there is a reason for this, it must be taken up by the practitioner. Unfortunately, we are not able to submit this fee to your extended health benefits. Due to the patient volume in this clinic, a 24 hour notice is necessary to contact patients on the waiting list to fill your appointment time. Please call, leave a voicemail, or email us to cancel.
