We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our clinic and contribute to our mission of helping patients regain optimal physical function and improve their quality of life.

Job Information


  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including medical history, range of motion, muscle strength, and functional abilities.

  • Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessment findings, patients' goals, utilising evidence-based physiotherapy techniques and modalities.

  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, and other appropriate techniques to promote pain relief, mobility, strength and functional improvement.

  • Monitor and evaluate patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options and self-management strategies to encourage active participation in the rehabilitation process.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors, massage therapists, naturopaths and rehab assistants to coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure continuity of treatment.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries, in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy research and techniques, attending relevant conferences, workshops and continuing education programs.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

  • Current licence or registration as a Physiotherapist and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario.

  • Experience working as a Physiotherapist in a rehabilitation setting.

  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions and their respective treatment protocols.

  • Proficient in performing assessments, developing treatment plans and implementing a wide range of physiotherapy techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.

  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
